    How to pay your monthly dues:

    We are changing banks to First Bank starting from April 2008. You will receive monthly statements from our management office going forward, and you can send a check in the enclosed envelope along with the payment stub. Payment should be made payable to: Jasmine Heights.
    Make sure to write your address on the payment or mail your payment with the enclosed payment stub.
    You may also choose to setup automatic withdrawal from your bank. Please see the forms section for "HOA DUES AUTOPAY FORM" and contact the management office with any questions.

    Please make sure you join the Jasmine Heights homeowners Yahoo group.
    In the left column, under "Information" section, click on: "Community Discussion Group (YahooGroup)" and JOIN NOW if you haven't done so already.
    A lot of important information is being shared with homeowners on that group. As a home owner in Jasmine Heights, you do not want to miss out on that kind of info.

    Directions to Jasmine Heights


    Jasmine Circle, San Jose, CA 95135

    The Best Directions to Jasmine Heights are NOT from the automated services. Please follow these directions:

    • From HWY 101, take the Yerba Buena exit
    • Regardless of coming from 101 North or South, turn left at the light
    • Proceed straight on Yerba Buena towards hills
    • Drive for approximately 4.5 miles, pass San Felipe Rd., pass Evergreen Community College
    • The street curves to the left just short of the foothills
    • The street gets narrower (from 4 lanes to 2 lanes) with a white picket fence on your right


    • Depending on which side of Jasmine Circle you want to go, you can:
    • Make a left on Verona, followed by an immediate right on San Lucas:
    • Go until you see Jasmine Circle on your right hand side


    • or:
    • continue on Yerba Buena and proceed slowly (20 miles per hour) over four speed bumps
    • Turn left on Altia Avenue
    • Turn left into Jasmine Circle
    • Park in an unnumbered spot (or the vehicle may be towed)
    • IF PARKING OVERNIGHT: be sure to put the guest parking permit in your front window (or the vehicle may be towed). Your host must provide you with an overnight guest parking permit.
